Kerry Puglisi

I didn’t become an executive coach because I had leadership all figured out.

I became one because, after more than 25 years in leadership, I know how complicated a successful career can actually be.

I’ve built teams, advised CEOs and founders, led organizations through enormous growth and change, made difficult decisions, and spent years sitting alongside talented leaders as they navigated some of the highest-stakes moments of their careers.

And I’ve had my own.

There have been times in my career when I felt incredibly confident in who I was and what I brought to the table. And there have been times when I questioned myself more than I ever expected to at this stage of my career.

I know what it’s like to have experience and accomplishments behind you and still wonder, What do I want now? Am I playing too small? Do I trust myself enough to make the move I really want to make?

I also know what it takes to rebuild that trust.

That experience changed the way I think about leadership — and ultimately led me to create Vision House Coaching.

Today, I work primarily with senior women leaders who are ready for more: more influence, more visibility, greater impact, a bigger role, or simply a career that feels more aligned with who they have become.

Because at this level, capability usually isn't the issue.

The women I work with are already accomplished. They know how to lead. But as the stakes get higher, the work changes. It becomes about trusting your judgment, making your thinking visible, using your voice when it matters, navigating power and relationships, and allowing yourself to take up the space your experience has earned.

My job isn't to turn you into a different kind of leader.

It's to help you see yourself more clearly, get honest about what you want, recognize where you may be holding yourself back, and start behaving like the leader you're ready to become.

My coaching combines decades of real executive experience with deep curiosity, empathy, candor, and a genuine belief that some of our most meaningful professional growth can happen long after we've already become "successful."

I created Vision House because I believe there is a difference between building an impressive career and building one that actually feels like your own.

I've had to learn that for myself.

“I help senior leaders, executives, and individuals create meaningful change and lead with purpose.”
